These Terms & Conditions apply to user-generated content (UGC) submitted to Kim Q - UGC. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and agree to the terms below.
1. Permission to use your content
When you submit photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, or other content, you give Kim Q - UGC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share that content for portfolio, marketing, social media, website, advertising, and business purposes. We may resize, crop, caption, or lightly edit content while keeping its original meaning.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that: (a) you own the content or have permission to submit it; (b) the content does not violate another person’s rights, privacy, copyright, trademark, or publicity rights; (c) anyone shown in the content has given permission where required; and (d) the content is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful. You agree to protect Kim Q - UGC from claims arising from content you submit. You may request removal of your content by contacting us, and we will review reasonable requests.
